That the staff was still up at 11 pm to help us. Nice bathroom and clean

The on-site restaurant is the worst. Salad served with yellow and bad leaves. The waitress did not serve water we asked for until we asked one more time. The fry has not catch up until I asked. Shuttle service charged AUD$10 per person but uBer for$15.

Close to the airport

Excellent location for us between flights and walking distance to pretty much anything you need. Room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable especially after a 15 hour flight.

location was good for our departure flight. But the area seemed industrial and a bit tired. Thank goodness the hotel had a good, although expensive restaurant on premises... MANY THANKS for the staff assisting us in an early check-in!!!

Quite friendly and knowledgeable staff. Allowed me to check in early after my long trip to Sydney. Location was convenient to the airport - less than a mile away and only a 15 minute easy train ride to downtown.

We only stayed at this hotel one night as we were catching a flight out of Sydney the next morning. It was a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The hotel was nice. Staff were helpful and the location was good. The walk to the train station was 7-10 minutes which made getting to downtown easy.

The location and friendly staff, the shuttle bus service is fantastic.

Easy overnight stay near both international and domestic airport and conveniently have the shuttle buses for airport transfers

The location near airport, train station, airport shuttle and local bus connection was perfect....the hotel had everything we needed...lovely breakfast. Having windows that open for fresh air was welcomed...staff very helpful.
